Property specific financial information can be found on all subscription plans as follows:
- In Standard, Professional and Enterprise subscriptions, data is displayed in the account level in the Financial info tab and as a summary in the Info tab. An account map which is linked to the properties, is required.
- In Private subscription, data is displayed as a summary in the info tab.

Adding financial information
The fastest way to add and update actuals or budgets is to import them with the templates. To have the most recent data available every day, consider purchasing an integration to automate the import process between Assetti and your accounting system, either utilising the Assetti API or other integration options.
For Standard, Professional and Enterprise plans, you have following options:
- General ledger import template
- Income and costs import template
- Integrations
- Adding values in the user interface
For Private plan, you have following options:
- Income and costs import template
- Adding values in the user interface
General ledger template
With this import template, you can add and update values in the Financial info tab.
- Username > Import
- Download the template by clicking on the Link button.

Open the template and add the following information:
- Property name
- Property cost center
- Month
- The name of the account map
- Account code
- Value
- Type (choose one of your budgets or actual)
- Save the file and import it back into Assetti by using Data import functionality.
Income and Costs template
With this template you can add and update values to the Commercial information section in the Info tab.
- Username > Import
- Download the template by clicking on the Link button.

Open the template and add the following information:
- Cost center (if in use)
- Property name
- Month
- Value for both Income and Costs columns
- Save the template and import it back to Assetti using the Data import functionality.
Adding and updating in the user interface
You can add individual values to the Financial info tab (excl. Private plan) or to the Commercial information section on the Info tab.
- Properties > select a property > Financial info tab
- Click on the three dots next to the time selector > Add a value
- In the pop-up, add the following:
- Year and month - define the time where you want to add a value.
- Linked Account map - select the correct map in the dropdown menu.
- Account - select the correct account in the dropdown menu.
- Account value - add the monetary value in your corresponding currency.
- Do not add costs as a negative value, otherwise they will be counted as income.
NOTE: If you are not using financial information, another method of adding data is through the commercial information. This info is filled up automatically if you add values in Financial Information. So please only edit the commercial info if you are not using Financial information tab.
- Properties > select a property > Info tab

Scroll down to the Commercial information section > click on the pencil icon to edit
- In the pop-up, click on the Add button to a new row for the data.
- Add a monthly value
- Month (current month by default, you can change it by clicking on the calendar)
- GRI (gross rental income)
- Operating expenses
- Other income
- Other costs
- CAPEX

Save.
