Lease KPIs - dashboard view

The dashboard view visualizes the KPI calculations and allows you to present them directly from the user interface.

In the chart below you find the information for the lease metrics, how the values are calculated, and where the data is from. The Data Source column helps you to check and correct any incorrect or missing values. You can also check the table view for missing information.

KPIs take into account filters and the selected time period. For the current year the KPIs measure performance from January to the current month.

Rental level The rent paid per m²/ft² in a month

Annual income The gross rental income in a year gross rental income * 12 = annual income Leases > list or grid view
Breakdown of Rent roll by Time A prediction of the rental income based on the end dates (fixed term) or notice periods (until further notice) of valid leases.
- Best case scenario: all leases will be assumed to continue indefinitely.
- Worst case scenario: all leases will end once it is possible.

Breakdown by Unit A representation of the share of leases within a certain unit type taken from total rental income (total monthly rent per unit type / total monthly rent) * 100 = breakdown by unit Units > list or grid view
Breakdown by Lease Terms A representation of the share of leases with certain lease terms from total rental income (total monthly rent per lease term / total monthly rent) * 100 = breakdown by lease terms Leases > (choose a lease) > Contract, Lease information
