Why doesn't Assetti show vacancy through lease agreements?

Assetti manages vacancies through the units. If a unit does not have a lease, it is considered a vacant unit. When a unit has a valid lease, it is considered occupied. In regards to notifications, calculations, and the interface, Assetti's system works like this.
