How do I add a property's acquisition price?

You can add the property's acquisition price either through an import or manually through the user interface.

To update using the import functionality: 

• Download and open Property Values Template, then input required data. For more information about Assetti data essentials, see here.

To update using the user interface via the Property fact sheet:

1. Open the selected property's fact sheet, from My properties in the Properties main view.
2. Click the Pencil icon to open the Asset valuation table.
3. Add the date and the acquisition price. Press Save.
