By default, Assetti displays a vacancy widget on the main dashboard of the KPIs. This vacancy widget takes the sum of all the vacant area and divides it by the gross lettable area. A unit is considered vacant for that month if it is not leased at the end of a month.
However, the vacancy widget can now be changed to an occupancy widget for the main dashboard of the KPIs. The occupancy widget will take the sum of all the leased area and divide it by the gross lettable area.
This change applies to an entire account - if the widget is changed from vacancy to occupancy, it will be changed for all users in the account. The change is done from our end, so if you are interested in changing your vacancy widget to an occupancy widget, please contact support.
