Security: Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication

To enable 2FA for your company account in Assetti, please contact our support.

1. Once the 2FA is active for you Asset Management account, Log in normally to Assetti account.

2. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your preferred authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator).

3. Copy the 10 security keys. They can be used only once as a backup for your authenticator.

4. From now on, the login will require the 2FA code from your authenticator.

5. Admins can reset the 2FA of a user in Account management if needed. In Account management, go to the tab Users. Select the user and then click Bulk Actions. Select Reset two-factor authentication and the next time the user log in we will be requested to create the 2FA.
