See the introduction to KPIs view and KPIs sections to understand the available elements. The KPIs section in Assetti has three different views that can be navigated using the view tab in the upper right corner.
1. Table view
Table view shows the numbers behind the metrics. It allows you to compare properties, units, leases or tenants. Use filters and tag search to compare only the ones you need.
- Select the table view from the icons in the upper right corner
- Click the navigation tab under the main heading to open the desired tab for Portfolio, Properties, Units, Leases, Tenants or OPEX.
- Scroll down to see the total amounts.
- Click gear icon in the table header bar to select the displayed values.
- Use the time selector to change the interval for the metrics displayed - month, quarter, year or custom.
- Click on the column headings to sort the data in descending or ascending order.
- Filter the data using the filter bar and tag search.
2. Dashboard
Dashboard shows yield, maturity, vacancy and lots of calculations in visual form which is easy to adopt. You get the important information right at your fingertips.
- Select dashboard view from icons in the upper right corner
- Click the navigation tab under the main heading to open wanted tab for Portfolio, Properties, Units, Leases, Tenants or OPEX.
- Use the time selector to change the interval for the metrics displayed - month, quarter, year or custom.
- Use filters and tag search to see how metrics change.
3. Trend view
Trend view draws graphs about rental and vacancy levels, maturities, values, gross rental income and repairs for example.
- Select trend view from icons in the upper right corner
- Click the navigation bar under the main heading to open wanted tab for Portfolio, Properties, Units, Leases, Tenants, OPEX or Repairs.
- Use the time selector to change the interval for the metrics displayed - month, quarter, year or custom.
- You can print the view tables one at a time or download them as files by clicking the three lines on the right side of the heading bar:
- PNG or JPEG image
- PDF document
- SVG vector image
- Use filters and tag search to see how metrics change.
