Add and update an asset's strategy

Assetti includes a feature called Strategy which gives you the possibility to communicate and maintain your asset strategies. 

How to update or view strategy of a property

1. Select Properties from the left side menu.
2. Click on My properties placed under your main title.
3. Click on a property tile or row to view its Factsheet.
4. Open the Strategy tab in the navigation bar under the main title.
5. Use the Pencil icons placed on the upper right corner of editable fields.
6. Here you can add a description, summary, recommendations, or crucial factors.
   • Use Assetti's star rating and asset classification which are visible for all your property views.
   • Use the free text fields to document strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, action points, leasability, or salability of each property.
7. Click the Save button to complete.

How to update or view a strategy of a portfolio

1. Select Properties view from the left side menu.
2. Click on My portfolio under the main title.
3. Click the Blue tab with the number of portfolios to access your portfolios.
4. Select a portfolio tile to open the portfolio you want to view.
5. Click on the Main title of the selected portfolio, next to Blue tab, to view details of the portfolio.
6. Open the Strategy tab in the navigation bar under the main title.
7. Use the Pencil icons placed on the upper right corner of editable fields.
8. Click the Save button to complete.
